We're pleased to be able to offer our services in some rural areas of NSW. In addition to the above standard pricing, please note that an agreed distance surcharge will apply to these jobs.

We service all of the capital region, including Canberra, Queanbeyan, Bungendore, Murrumbateman and surrounds.

For jobs outside of these areas, we charge an agreed-upfront distance surcharge on top of our standard pricing.

The majority of jobs are completed within 1 hour, our minimum service time. Our friendly technicians will generally have a rough idea of how long the issue will take to fix within the first few minutes of an appointment.

No, we do not currently offer discounts. Our service rates are among the lowest in the industry. As a small business, we can continue to offer a cheaper price than our larger competitors, saving our customers money.

We accept cash, card and EFT bank transfer. All work is invoiced for payment within 7 days upon appointment completion.

Please note card payments will incur a surcharge not greater than our cost of acceptance. For a fee-free payment option, please use bank transfer or cash.

Once an appointment has been booked and confirmed by us, we require 24 hours notice before any cancellation.

Except under extenuating circumstances as agreed by us, we reserve the right to charge the initial appointment fee (1 hour) when this condition is not met.

Although rare, sometimes our technicians may deem an issue as unfixable on-premises. This is often the case with hardware or data related issues, where devices often need to be left for long periods of time with limited technician input required. Instead of charging hourly for these jobs, a technician will suggest an off-site repair.

For offsite jobs, we will offer a flat-rate quote for the repair. If you would like to proceed, our friendly technicians will provide the relevant paperwork and collect your device. The majority of offsite repairs are returned within 3 business days, although the time period for your specific job will be dependent on the parts and labour time required.
